This is going to vary based on our work load, but a restoration typically takes 1-3 weeks. We will alert you when it is ready to be picked up with photos.
We focus on restoring and selling furniture locally here in the Fox Cities (Wisconsin). At some point in the future this may be an option but for now this is not on the table.
Most of our work is customer's furniture being renovated and restored. However, we do occasionally take pieces that we want to restore with no home in sight. Those will be posted on our social media accounts and well as our website in the future. Be sure to join and like our pages.
We are happy to give you rough estimates on restoration. Send us photos and what style and colors you were looking for to our email quotes@kendrasdesigns.com and we will get back to you with options.
We accept Cash, Check, or PayPal.
If we are performing a renovation of your furniture pieces, as soon as the furniture is dropped off and an estimate range is agreed upon, a job cannot be cancelled. Prior to that though, cancellation is easy, reach out via email or phone.
We stand behind our quality work. After your order is picked up there a 30 day warranty on defects from our craftsmanship. This is not to be confused with the original furniture construction. If our paint is peeling we will address it within 30 days. Pieces must be brought back to our studio to corrected.
All sales are final. We communicate with you and make sure you're going to be satisfied with our work. Once you purchase restoration work or an original from our store, there is no return. You do have a 30 day warranty on defects from our craftsmanship (see above).
